Seaside Bath Salt Soak

I was inspired to create this beauty recipe from a similar product I received as a gift which has most of the same ingredients.  I added in Kelp powder, Spirulina powder, and Grapefruit Peel powder (which is said to promote the synthesis of new collagen and improve skin tone!).  I chose to use Epsom salt as it is principally used in bath soaks to sooth, relax and relieve sore muscles.  You can also use Sea Salt if you like.  Simply add a few scoops to warm running bath water and soak your way to happiness.  **Be very careful using this product as it contains oil, and we all know that oil is very slippery.  Don't be shocked if you find a pretty green "ring" around your tub after you finish your bath, just simply rinse it off.

210 grams Epsom Salt

6 grams Powdered Grapefruit Peel

3 grams Spirulina Powder

40 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Essential Oil Blend

9 grams Kelp Powder

Seaside Bath Salt Soak

210 grams Epsom Salt
9 grams Kelp Powder
40 grams Olive Oil

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Transfer to a glass container and use within 60 days.   Be very careful while using in the bath or shower as it may cause the surface to become very slippery.  Avoid if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Pretty green mixture!!!
