Ginger-Rose Relaxing Tea Bath
Ready for a bathtub bash with nature's finest party guests? Get your rubber ducky because we're about to whip up a soothing soiree with 1/2 cup of dried lavender flowers, 1/2 cup of chamomile tea, and a dash of ginger and geranium (rose) essential oils. Sizzling in a small glass bowl, these botanical buddies mingle and absorb the essential oils, creating a fragrant fusion that's ready to dive into your tub. Once the blend is ready, it's party time! Stuff everything into a mesh bag, dunk it into warm water, and voila - your tub is transformed into a tranquil spa. Light some candles, slide in, and let this herbal hot tub soak your worries away. Time to get fizzical!
1/2 cup of dried lavender flowers
1/2 cup chamomile tea
5 drops ginger essential oil
5 drops Geranium (Rose) essential oil
mesh fabric or mesh produce bag (see below for info)
Mix the dried lavender and chamomile in a small glass bowl and drizzle the essentials oils over the herbs. Allow oils to absorb in. Place ingredients in a mesh bag and close tightly. Place in tub with warm water. Light some candles and soak your troubles away!!!
