Greek Yogurt and Brewer's Yeast Mask
2 teaspoons plain Greek yogurt
10 drops Palmarosa essential oil
Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and apply evenly to face and throat. Allow to dry for about 30 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and apply moisturizer. Makes a single treatment which must be used the same day it is made.
