Cooling Peppermint Foot Mist
I just got back from spending four days at Disney Land and Universal Studios-Hollywood celebrating my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday!!! I knew that my feet would tucker out before the theme park closed for the evening, so I made a bottle of my Cooling Peppermint Foot Mist to take along with me. We arrived at the park each morning at 9:00 am and walked around until it closed at Midnight......that is a whopping 15 hours of walking on hot concrete!!! When my feet felt hot and tired, I simply misted them with my cooling mist and they felt revitalized and refreshed thanks to the peppermint and tea tree oils. I like to add in a bit of odor absorbing corn starch and some soothing aloe vera gel to my recipe. I had a wonderful vacation and feel very fortunate that I could share such a fun celebration with my sweet and beautiful daughter.
