Juniper and Rose Tulsi Facial Toner
2 ounces Distilled Water
2 ounces Tulsi (Holy Basil) Hydrosol
5 drops Juniper Essential Oil
5 drops Rose Geranium Essential Oil
Add all ingredients to a 4 ounce spray bottle. Shake well, close eyes and mist over face to refresh. Use within 6 weeks.
