Essential Oil Blending Guide (A-B)

Have you ever wondered which essential oils blend well together? Here is a blending guide I put together for essential oils starting with the letters A & B.

Allspice Essential Oil: (Pimenta officinalis) Blends Well With: Bay, black pepper, cistus, coriander, geranium, ginger, lavender, neroli, opopanax, patchouli, ylang ylang

Amyris Essential Oil: (Amyris balsamifera) Blends Well With: Cedarwood, citronella, ginger, ho wood, lavender, oakmoss, peru balsam, ylang ylang

Angelica Root Essential Oil: (Angelica archangelica) Blends Well With: Citrus oils, clary sage, oakmoss, opopanax, patchouli, vetiver

Anise Seed Essential Oil: (Pimpinella anisum) Blends Well With: Bay, black pepper, ginger, lavender, orange, pine, rose

Balsam Peru Essential Oil: (Myroxylon balsamum) Blends Well With: Black pepper, ginger, jasmine, lavender, patchouli, petitgrain, rose, sandalwood, ylang ylang

Basil Essential Oil: (Ocimum basilicum) Blends Well With: Bergamot, citronella, citrus oils, clary sage, geranium, hyssop, opopanax, rosemary

Bay Laurel Essential Oil: (Laurus nobilis) Blends Well With: Bergamot, clary sage, cypress, frankincense, ginger, juniper, lavender, orange, patchouli, pine, rosemary, ylang ylang

Bay, West Indies Essential Oil: (Pimenta racemosa) Blends Well With: Bergamot, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, coriander, frankincense, geranium, ginger, lavender, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, nutmeg, orange, petitgrain, rosemary, sandalwood, ylang ylang

Benzoin Resin Oil: (Styrax tonkinesis) Blends Well With: Black pepper, copaiba balsam, coriander, cypress, frankincense, ginger, jasmine, juniper, lemon, myrrh, rose, sandalwood
