Awesome Baobab Seed Oil Lotion

4 ounces  Atacora Essential Baobab Seed Oil
0.5 ounce  Flaxseed Oil
1 ounce Emu Oil
1 ounce Shea Butter
0.25 ounce Beeswax
1.5 ounce Emulsifying Wax NF
0.5 ounce Stearic Acid
6 ounces Distilled Water
1/8 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
1.5 grams Grapefruit Seed Extract
1/4 teaspoon Neem Oil
5 drops Tea Tree Oil
20 drops Lavender Essential Oil


Place the Atacora Essential Baobab Seed Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Emu Oil, Shea Butter and Beeswax in a clean stainless steel pot set over a double boiler. Allow the beeswax to fully melt into the oils and come to 120 degrees.  Add in the Emulsifying Wax and Stearic Acid. Allow to melt completely.  Place the Distilled Water and Xanthan Gum into a clean glass measuring cup and microwave for 1 minute.  Slowly pour the hot liquid into the oil mixture, whisking gently. Remove from heat and continue to whisk for several minutes to slightly thicken.  Add in the Grapefruit Seed Extract, Neem Oil, Tea Tree Oil and Lavender Essential Oil.  Mix well.  Transfer lotion to desired sterile containers and allow to cool completely (lotion will greatly thicken up after totally cooled).  Use within 3 months. *store in fridge for best results and fill a 1 ounce container with lotion as needed.
