Flower & Milk Bath with Wild Chamomile, Bergamot & Cardamom

Allow me to introduce you to an extraordinary bath soak that not only permeates an invigorating aroma, but also serves as the ultimate, handcrafted gift for someone who holds a special place in your heart. This is not your run-of-the-mill, store-bought bath product. No, this is a unique blend of soothing ingredients and enchanting fragrances that turns an ordinary bath into a luxurious spa experience right in the comfort of your own home.

Imagine sinking into a warm bath, the air filled with an intoxicating aroma that gently lulls your senses into a state of tranquillity. Picture the day's stress melting away, replaced by a wave of serenity that leaves you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and utterly relaxed. That's the transformative power of this incredible bath soak.

But what makes this bath soak even more appealing is its dual-role as a fantastic and thoughtful gift. It's an easy-to-make present that says, 'I care about your well-being.' It's a gift that encourages your loved ones to take a moment for themselves, to indulge in some much-needed self-care.

And if that isn't compelling enough, this bath soak also presents a brilliant opportunity to put your recycled glass jars to good use. Instead of contributing to waste, you can contribute to wellness. These glass jars, once destined for the recycling bin, can be repurposed into beautiful containers for your bath soak, adding a touch of rustic charm and sustainability to your gift.

So, if you're searching for a way to create a relaxing atmosphere, a meaningful gift, or simply a reason to recycle your glass jars, look no further than this amazing bath soak.

In a large glass bowl, add in 10 grams of dried rose petals.

Add in 20 grams of dried Chamomile flowers.

Add in 20 grams of dried lavender buds.

Add in 20 grams of dried Elder flowers.

Stir well to combine all the flowers.

Add in the following essential oils: 30 drops of Wild Chamomile, 20 drops of Cardamom and 15 drops of Bergamot.  Mix well.  *Works best if you gently stir flowers after every 10 drops of essential oil.

Stir in 40 grams of powdered milk.

Transfer to a glass jar of your choice. Make sure to label your jar and keep the lid on at all times to keep the moisture out.

My favorite way to infuse this blend into the bath is with this large mesh infuser sold by Mountain Rose Herbs.  This fantastic stainless steel infuser is perfect for bath herbs! Measures 3 3/4" diameter and 3 3/8" deep. I use about 1/2  cup of bath soak per bath.  You can even compost the wet herbs after your bath.

Here is a label you can print out and attach to your jar of bath soak.  You can find all the ingredients over at Mountain Rose Herbs. Herbal Blessings!!!
