I bought Kraft boxes and hand-stamped the sides and used Kraft labels on the front. I used some green cloth ribbon for the top.
My Aunt Judy asked me if I would put together a few beauty kits for holiday gift giving for her co-workers. Of course I squealed with excitement because I LOVE making beauty products!!! I thought I would share the recipes with my readers in case you wanted to make your own Natural Beauty Kits for holiday gift giving.
Here is what I put into the kit.........

Coconut Lime Lip Balm
(makes a single .15 oz tube)
3/4 teaspoon coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon calendula infused grapeseed oil (or sweet almond oil)
1/2 teaspoon beeswax
4 drops lime essential oil
3 drops lemon essential oil
Heat the coconut oil, calendula infused grapeseed oil and beeswax in a small glass measuring cup which has been placed in a simmering water bath until the oils and beeswax melt together. Remove from heat and add in the essential oils. Mix well and using a small pipette, fill the lip balm container to the very top. Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Cap it and allow to cool completely.
2 ounces Rose Hydrosol
2 ml Calendula Tincture
Mix together in a small spray bottle. Mist over clean face.
I think it turned out to be a very nice assortment of all-natural beauty products. I used Avery labels to make the container labels.
I used this for the front of the box using Avery Label 22808 Kraft Brown
I used Avery 22808 Kraft Brown to print this one for the side of the box
I used Avery 22805 Glossy White Oval labels for this one
All of the following labels were printed on Avery 22806 White.
And last but not least, you can find almost all of the ingredients over at Mountain Rose Herbs. You can even find the packaging and bottles too. **Feel free to use the recipes and labels for your own personal use and gift giving. I kindly ask that you do not use the labels for products you intend to sale for a profit. Thank you.
